RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from JEWECO. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

Our Guarantee

We hope you will enjoy the items you order, but if a problem arises, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective items for a free return or exchange within 35 days of the original shipping date.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition as you received it. If any part of your order is damaged, please email support@jeweco.com with a photo of the damaged item and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. We charge a $6 processing fee for all refunds.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit card or original payment method will be automatically applied to your credit card within 10 business days. Delayed or Untimely Refunds.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund, please first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card division/bank account, as it may take a while for the refund to be officially posted.
This may take up to 10 business days. If you have completed all of these actions and have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@jeweco.com.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
